Avocado oil is good for all skin types as it is very rich and nourishing, containing vitamins A, B1, B2, D, E, and Beta carotene. As other carrier oils, Avocado oil has no real scent and is easily mixed with other carrier oils and essential oils. Avocado oil is yellow/green in colour, and it leaves a slight greasy layer on the skin. Because it is more expensive than other carrier oils, it is usually used at approximately 10% concentration in massage oils, or in other cosmetics. Avocado oil will cloud when it is refrigerated, but will clear again when warmed up.
