Apricot kernel oil is good for all skin types as it is very rich and nourishing. As other carrier oils, Apricot kernel oil has no real scent and is easily mixed with other carrier oils and essential oils. Apricot kernel oil is less strongly coloured than almond oil, and it absorbs into the skin at a slightly faster rate. Because it is more expensive than other carrier oils, it is usually used at approximately 10% concentration in massage oils, or in other cosmetics.
